The Chocolate Absorption Snack Line is the impregnation of the chocolate to the puffed snacks (mainly made of corn) by means of a vacuum system, so that little amount of chocolate is left over to the surface of the puffed snacks, which minimizes the chocolate from sticking to the fingers and offers harmonious mix of chocolate and puffed snack in the mouth.
Mixtures of some other ingredients such as skimmed milk, whey powder, sugar, spices, cream cheese and etc. can be used to impregnate the puffed snack, not just chocolate only. (In case of adding powder as sub-materials, you may have to add “Ball Mills” between Choco Melting Kettle and Storage Tank).
Its standard line consists of Choco-Melting Kettle, Storage Tank, Choco Vacuum Absorption Machine, Lift-up Bucket Conveyor, Spreader/Leveler and Cooling Tunnel.
